I am SO SO SO SO SO happy for Jim & Kristina Burke of JAMES Restaurant! Jim was just named one of the top 10 new chefs in the entire country!!! Food & Wine Magazine put them up in a fancy-schmancy hotel in New York to present the honor and they’re flying them out to Aspen to cook in the Food & Wine classic! How f*cking exciting is this?!?! They are totally putting Philly on the national food map, and I could not be more proud. They deserve it all.
